The PDO beach at Ras Al Hamra, 'PDO Al Marjan beach' on the maps. A short walk from parking, then swim out over the seagrass and you're snorkelling with fish and, some days, turtles, no boat and no tour required; the brave take the jump rock at the far end. Public access until 7pm.
